I am a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in hospital settings, primarily providing care to adult and geriatric patients with medical and oncology conditions. I am also a certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant. Currently, I work as a Home Health QA Reviewer, specializing in the review of all OASIS documentation, including the creation of Plans of Care (POC) and Post-Hospital Orders. My role includes reviewing PT, OT, and ST evaluation and re-evaluation notes, Skilled Nursing Visit (SNV) and wound care documentation, as well as PTA and COTA visit notes. I also prepare and review case conference notes and 60-day summary reports to ensure compliance with regulations and to support high-quality patient care. I am detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to maintaining documentation standards that promote effective interdisciplinary coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
