Prof Rowena Ivers is an academic general practitioner who also trained as a public health physician, with expertise in primary care, prevention, quality improvement and healthy policy, with an interest in guideline development. She is Phase Chair, Graduate School of Medicine at the University of Wollongong and Honorary Senior Research Fellow in the School of Public Health, University of Sydney. She has been an investigator on over $13.5M in grants, mainly in the area of prevention.
