About Rowena Judd

Rowena is working with Synergy Consulting Group in the Australian Government sector as a policy analyst, stakeholder manager, strategic writer and subject matter expert. She has recently worked in support of system architects on a digital transformation project at the Australian Maritime Safety Authority and in the Department of Defence. Rowena worked at CSIRO managing government relations at the Department of Health and Home Affairs. She provided expert relationship management for health and biosecurity research. She was part of the Department of Health's Vaccine Taskforce. Rowena worked at the Australian Department of Social Services in the National Centre for Longitudinal Data as the Centre's Engagement lead. She was Project Manager at DSS for the Household and Income Labour Dynamics in Australia survey. Previously she worked at the Australian National University as Business Transformation Manager for the research information management system, a multi-million dollar investment. Her first project at ANU was to manage Engagement and Impact 2018, a complex national assessment of the whole University's research in competition with all Australian tertiary institutions. Rowena has worked in Brussels in the civil security sector as a freelance writer. She has also worked in the UN and NGO sector, and has field experience in Bosnia during the Balkan wars and in Cambodia after the peace accords.
