About Rowim Almutiri

Neuroscience and genetics are two of the most rapidly evolving and fascinating fields, while caring for children remains one of the most rewarding practices in medicine. Combining all these aspects in my day to day work drives my passion and love for what I do by trying to make a change in these kids and their families journey from reaching diagnosis to help enhancing their quality of life, counseling, guiding them and hopefully leading the way toward a better future either in personalized medicine or prevention of recurrence of genetic diseases in generations to come I aspire to the time that the Saudi Genome Project become a well established entity in the health care system. I hope as a neurogeneticist, I’ll be able to fulfill my part in achieving the goals for this important 2030 Saudi Vision project.
