With over 17 years in the logistics and courier industry, I've dedicated my career to connecting people and businesses through efficient delivery solutions. My journey began at DHL, where I spent 15 years, with the last 3 as an Area Sales Manager, overseeing the sales team in the south-eastern region of Romania, including Bucharest. This role honed my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of the industry's dynamics. In early 2023, I embraced a new challenge by joining Cargus as the Head of Major Account and grew into Head of Domestic Sales. In this capacity, I oversee the entire Sales team, that manages a diverse portfolio of companies across various industries, striving to tailor our services to meet each client's unique needs. My commitment lies in fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless logistics solutions that drive business success. I'm passionate about innovation in logistics and continuously seek ways to enhance operational efficiency. My approach is collaborative, believing that the best results come from working closely with clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new technologies and trends that can be integrated into our services to better serve our customers.
