I am a Senior Program/ Project Manager with extensive knowledge in leading and directing Projects, Programs and enterprise Portfolio. Experienced in Cybersecurity, Information Technology (IT), Telecom, Mortgage industries in both Private and Government sectors. Demonstrated acumen in Financial management of portfolio of projects and programs. Established a global Project Management Center of Excellence (COE) and Corporate PMO. Developed and Implemented cross-functional Project Portfolio Governance to promote decisions that created value across the entire company.
