Inspired by my mother's passion for the law, I embarked on a legal career. However, my path led me to the realization that I am passionate about research administration. In my roles, I've made a significant impact by optimizing intake systems, developing effective prioritization criteria, and producing reference materials to enhance the efficiency of research agreements. I've committed myself unwaveringly to training and development, leading presentations and training programs both internally and externally. I've shared my legal insights with colleagues and contributed actively to national organizations, staying at the forefront of industry trends. My legal acumen enhances my knack for building and maintaining positive relationships. I've implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for collaboration and collaborated extensively with various university offices, always viewing complex matters through a legal lens.
