My name is Florina-Roxana Neamtu, I live in Timisoara but I am from a nice and quiet town in Gorj County, Tismana. I am currently a Knowledge Manager on the Accor project, but I started as a L1 Technician. I have been working at Everience Romania for almost 7 years. My job is to ensure everyone on my project has the information they need and to develop strategies that are designed to help the company achieve its short-term and long-term objectives. I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done. I would describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything I do. Outside working hours, I like travelling very much, as it helps me open my mind. By being exposed to new places, people and cultures, I can develop a wider world view. All in all, I am ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed. I thrive on a challenge and establish objectives for myself on a regular basis so that I have something to aim towards. I'm not content with settling, and I'm continuously looking for methods to improve and achieve excellence. I love my job as it offers me the opportunity to develop myself.
