About Roxana Petrus

Roxana Petrus leads the Governance team under the Business Operations function, coordinating across HPE Operations to establish, track, manage, and promote the organization’s strategy, associated goals, and priorities. In her role, Roxana’s mission is to enable HPE Operations organization to deliver on its commitments to stakeholders and the business, by ensuring oversight and cross collaboration on efforts driving the organizational goals. Along with streamlining governance and promoting the strategy and progress to the approximately HPE Operations’ team members, Roxana is also responsible for the content preparation for business progress and business report outs to the Chief Executive Officer’s office. With 16 years of HP/HPE operations experience across sales support, process/ program management, and business planning roles, Roxana has also coordinated key projects throughout her career such as the Aruba Integration for EMEA Sales Operations and the HPE Next IT deployment in pilot countries and the Northwestern Europe geography, fostering collaboration, growth and leading change management activities for internal and external stakeholders. Prior to joining Hewlett Packard in 2009, Roxana spent 3 years as Manager Assistant in a private educational center, where she oversaw customer and supplier engagement, coordinated internal administrative operations as well as strategy development. Roxana is located in Bucharest, Romania. and loves gardening, traveling and DIY projects.
