With a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, I have a strong foundation in understanding the needs and challenges of diverse clients and staff. This helps me in my current role as an Assistant Lead Unification Manager at The Providencia Group, where I oversee the integration of multiple case management teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. I have been working at The Providencia Group for over two years, starting as a Case Manager and then being promoted to my current role in October 2023. I have developed and demonstrated core competencies in time management, decisiveness, and collaboration, which are essential for leading a unification process. I am fluent in Spanish, which enables me to communicate effectively with a large segment of our clientele. I am passionate about providing holistic and compassionate care to our clients, and I am always looking for ways to improve our processes and outcomes.
