I am corporate enthusiast with more than 20 years of experience, in different domains: hospitality, banking, telecommunications, human resources, client services. Through my leadership & human resources roles I impacted thousands of people along the years- growing leaders of leaders, generating careers shifts, improving performance, teams and relationships. I am a Certified Professional Coach (Life & Corporate, Strengths, Career, Team, Neuro-Mindfulness), currently responsible for Talent & Leadership development through coaching, mentoring, facilitation & training. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree. I am a member of the Romanian Professional Coaching Association & EMCC, an activist in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. I support #IAmRemarkable, a global movement that empowers everyone, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond, while challenging the social perception around self-promotion. My skills & competencies are linked to: leadership development, operational effectiveness, customer care, performance management- more on my profile. Personally- I am an investor and my “currency” is people. I believe in the amazing potential of everyone I meet, aways considering what more to do to support peoples’ development. I consider myself to be a “light worker”. My soul vibrates when I feels I can contribute to human progress, creating a world where people live authentically, with joy and confidence, in harmonious relationships, reaching higher levels of consciousness (privately and at work). I care so much about my impact on those I serve that I constantly find ways to hone my craft, increase my knowledge, advance my qualifications, taking my personal & professional development very seriously. I invested years in learning- expanding knowledge, understanding and competence outside the "corporate specific topics"- in areas like: human psychology, systemic constellations, internal family systems, transactional analysis, behavioral design, face keys, cultivating conscious relationships, spirituality, neuroscience, EQ. I am an intuitive architect when designing learning content, using all my acquired knowledge, my competencies & strengths to ignite awareness in people, supporting self-understanding & awakening. Sensitive & thoughtful, I always consider how people will be impacted by my message. My Super- Power (as recognized by others): creating the space of trust where people feel seen, heard, understood, accepted and accompanied in their transformation journey.
