About Roxana Vosough

Roxana has always been focused on creating meaningful change with experience in marketing events in the arts and building communities around product development and social impact. She started her career in technology when she began leading marketing initiatives at Monegraph, the first NFT platform founded in 2015 at the New Museum in New York City. She has also worked closely with the MIT Media Lab to engage students in STEAM education endeavors by managing a hackathon with artists, engineers, and entrepreneurs. In 2017, she was awarded the Women in Tech Residency at Made in NY Media Center. She also has extensive event experience in museum fundraising in the arts. She has worked at the the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Guggenheim, and the UCLA School of Arts and Architecture. She has hosted a series of events with nonprofit professionals in Los Angeles that have included participants from the Getty, LACMA, the Academy Museum, MOCA, KCRW, UCLA, and the Griffith Observatory. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine in Art History, and an M.A. in Visual Arts Administration from New York University where she published her masters thesis on creating alternative funding sources for the arts through impact investing. As an Alumna, she has been invited to host lectures on building a start-ups in the arts. In 2023, she launched Art & Founders, a series that takes creatives & founders behind the scenes of the worlds most renowned art collections. She is also the founder of Women in Tech Wednesdays, a community of women in tech that meet to provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership opportunities for their members.
