As a board member and law firm leader, I advise businesses on achieving strategic growth, navigating competitive market dynamics, and driving regulatory compliance. My experience includes advising on compensation decisions, board composition, succession planning and financial oversight. As Managing Partner of Pillsbury’s San Francisco office, I have driven significant revenue growth and achieved efficiencies while collaborating with firm stakeholders to drive the strategy and vision for the firm. In connection with this role, I have led the office’s unprecedented partner growth during turbulent market conditions. I have served on Pillsbury’s Compensation Committee collaborating on compensation structures to retain and recruit key talent. I have also served on the Board Nominating Committee to determine the composition of the Board to achieve the highest performance for the firm. For over 20 years, served as Global Leader of the Antitrust & Competition practice team, achieving dynamic revenue growth under my leadership. I am a member of the Board of Advance SF, an organization comprising CEOs and Bay Area business leaders who collaborate on legislative and political strategies to advance business interests. I also serve on the Leadership Committee of the HowWomenLead GetOnBoard Week 2021. I served on the Board of the Legal Aid Society of SF for eight years, including on the organization’s Executive, Sustainability and External Relations Committees. I am proud to have been recognized multiple times as one of the Bay Area’s "Most Influential Women in Business" and in 2020 as a "Forever Influential Leader" by the San Francisco Business Times. I also have been recognized as a leading California antitrust lawyer by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America and Legal 500 and as a 2020 Leading Antitrust Lawyer by the Daily Journal. I am a past chair and Executive Committee member and current Advisor of the State Bar of California's Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Section. I handle significant antitrust and unfair competition litigation in California federal and state courts and in federal courts across the country. My extensive experience includes antitrust and unfair competition class action lawsuits, including multi-district litigation, as well as district attorney and states attorney general investigations and litigation. My clients include Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of industries, including electronics, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, energy, health care, technology and financial institutions.
