I started out in customer service by working in the “Front of the house” in many different restaurant establishments. During my time in the restaurant industry, I was able to get promoted to closing manager and obtain my servsafe certification. This opportunity allowed me to really hone in on my customer relationship management and gave me satisfaction. When I worked at the office call center my main focus was generating leads, cold calling, up selling and scheduling appointments and projects. Another one of my responsibilities were to maintain the CRM software and enter customer data into the system. For the past eight years I have worked in an industrial commercial setting much like a factory where I help to rear live insects in mass quantities for large growers agriculture crops that help feed America. These insects allow the farmers to use less chemicals and more nature with our natural pollination systems. It’s a fast paced clean and precise environment. Where I consistently pass quality audits while reaching my rate or numbers for the day week and passing rates for continual improvement
