About Roxanna B. Flores

With ten years in accounting, I’ve built my career around precision, process, and purpose. My experience covers full-cycle accounting from revenue recognition, accounts receivable/payable management, and general ledger reconciliations to month-end close. I enjoy optimizing systems, improving workflows, and finding smarter ways to get accurate results faster, I like turning challenges into end goal visions. But what really drives me is curiosity; understanding why things work the way they do and how people grow through what they do. I truly believe the best work happens when structure meets self-awareness and people feel empowered to do their best. I’m passionate about helping businesses leverage their systems for scalability and sustainable financial reporting while continuing to evolve personally through reflection, creativity, and learning. My mission is to build systems that allow organizations to scale without chaos.
