I have been in the mortgage industry since 2005 and have worked as a processor, loan officer assistant and loan officer. I am currently the Regional Operations Manager and a licensed loan officer in FL, AL, MS, GA, TN & VA. As the Regional Operations Manager at SWBC Mortgage, I support our sales staff with training opportunities on new products, guidelines and systems, along with assisting with their loans throughout the process. SWBC Mortgage has a very knowledgeable staff of loan officers, set-up coordinators, processors, underwriters and closers. Living on the coast, we have become "experts" on condo financing. If we do not have the condo currently approved, we will work hard to have the condo reviewed and approved in a timely manner. Along with condos, SWBC Mortgage offers residential financing options of all types, including: Conventional VA FHA USDA Jumbo ARM & Fixed Rate Mortgages Primary, Secondary & Investment Financing Bond, including Escambia County Bond, Florida First Assist, SHIP & more.
