About Roxanne Easter
As a military kid, I grew up around so many different ethnicities and cultures, which ignited my love for the human race. Seeing how people interact and why they do what they do is my passion. Being able to help students and young adults see how their actions and decisions impact others on the personal, but international scale, is what I love. I have been able to do this on a daily basis with my work at Chick-fil-A as a Team Leader. Training a diverse team of teens and young adults on guest interaction, creative problem solving, and intentional care, has allowed me to use my education and passion in a unique way.
