Roxanne Y. Logan, Esq. is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with over 15 years of experience in various positions within government and social services organizations. Roxanne holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science from Clark Atlanta University, a Juris Doctorate from the Temple University, Beasley School of Law, and an MSS in Clinical Social Work from the Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. Roxanne has dedicated her career to public service. She has held the following positions: United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency Intern, Real Estate Instructor, Child Advocate, Social Services Supervisor, DHS Domestic Violence Task Force Representative, Certified Court of Common Pleas Arbitrator, Child and Family Services Foster Care Director, Court-Appointed Dependency Attorney, Medical Social Worker/Advocate, Family Law Attorney, and she has been a featured Continuing Legal Education presenter regarding Child Welfare matters. Today, she works primarily on Family Law, Real Estate, and Estate Planning matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and as a therapist for families dealing with Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). Roxanne currently holds memberships in the following organizations: the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Philadelphia Women’s Law Division of the National Bar Association, the Alliance of Black Social Workers, the Pennsylvania Society for Clinical Social Work, and she is a Founding Board Member for A Promise of Hope, Inc, an organization that supports pregnant and parenting teens. Roxanne works to utilize her background in law and social work to counsel, train, encourage, and represent under-served communities in matters regarding restorative family practices, wealth building, and equal justice.
