I am a person who always wants to make a difference, whether it is in my home, with my friends and family or in my work place among other colleagues. I believe we are always in control of what we want to create through our thoughts, words and actions. We are never victims and cannot justify judging or complaining. We cannot control outside circumstances, but we can always control our responses. This determines the kind of outcome we can achieve. I am very aware and able to see what is needed at the time. I am adaptable and communicate effectively in all situations through listening, accepting what is and then responding honestly. This builds trust and strong relationships. I am open and caring and try to live in harmony with my surroundings and others, to create the best environment for all of us to shine.
