Serving as CEO of Life Flight Eagle, a non-profit community based critical care Air and ground transport program for over 6 years. Also serve as Executive Director for the Association of Critical Care Transport. Prior experience of over twenty year’s progressively responsible clinical and leadership roles within an integrated delivery system. In depth experience in senior service line roles over clinical services, emergency and trauma program, and ambulance services. Functioned in collaboration with a physician leader to develop and implement initiatives to achieve consistent upper quartile performance in quality, safety, caregiver and medical staff engagement and the patient experience, with lower decile performance relative to cost. Experienced in selection, negotiation, and implementation of HIMSS Level 6 technology platforms as well as in performance improvement using Lean principles.
