I have authored Zetacom’s vision, standardized healthcare solutions, and successfully led digital transformations by focusing not only on the technology itself but also on adoption through behavioral change. I have also managed development and project teams, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery for clients while motivating team members to reach their full potential.
