I have a background in developing innovative learning solutions that incorporates the End-to-End learning cycle (analysis, design, development, content writing, assessment, teaching, and updating) in both agile and non-agile curriculum projects using the ADDIE model. My learning solutions and teaching used a variety of modalities and technologies including face-to-face, eLearning, Instructor-led, virtual Instructor-led, and mixed-mode. I am passionate about adult education, as an educator and learner, obtaining my Masters of Education from UBC online while working full time at SAIT. I have a proven track record of creating high-quality work on a consistent basis. Having travelled to 37 countries for extended periods living with locals you will find that I have a very well-rounded personality. Diversity and inclusion are a way of life for me.
