About Roxie Daneshvar

I’ve always been guided by curiosity and care, seeking to understand what people need to grow and supporting them effectively. My work sits at the intersection of learning, trust, and growth. I began my career as a case manager, helping vulnerable clients access mental health services. It was there that I first saw the power of truly listening and building trust. From there, I moved into prospect research and donor management, learning how to read people in new ways: what sparks their curiosity, what earns their confidence, and what motivates them to take action. I carried those lessons into my time in research libraries, connecting people to the resources and information they needed and supporting them in exploring and discovering solutions on their own. Over the last decade, I’ve brought those insights into coaching, mentoring, and leadership development, building programs that help individuals at every stage - from those just starting their careers to experienced leaders refining their impact. I believe people do their best work when they feel seen, supported, and included. My goal is to help individuals grow, bring clarity to ambiguity, and create environments where everyone can thrive - all with curiosity, care, and intentionality at the center of everything I do.
