About Roxy Stimpson

I’m a seasoned engineering leader, innovator, investor, and entrepreneur with nearly three decades in the technology sector. After years of shaping technology platforms and leading organizations, my focus has expanded to a different kind of design challenge: how we live well, sustainably, intentionally, and for the long run.Today, I explore the intersection of integrative nutrition, women’s health through life transitions, liver health, and lifestyle choices, with a particular interest in how everyday decisions around food, movement, rest, and connection can support resilience, vitality, and long-term well-being. My work is grounded in curiosity, science, and lived experience, with a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of human and environmental health.I’m passionate about empowering people to communicate with clarity, lead with purpose, and use both technology and authentic human connection as forces for positive change. Whether through wellness, creativity, or systems thinking, I believe we can design a life well lived, with intention and care.
