The graduate and adult student niche operating within various levels of organizational structure and program dynamics creates a unique challenge and demand. I enjoy “making sense of it all” and attracting, connecting engaging and delighting those students God is directing toward a Faith-based higher educational experience. Twenty-eight years of higher education leadership in Student Recruitment, Enrollment Management and Alumni Relations serving undergraduate, graduate, degree completion, nontraditional and post traditional students. Collaboration with multiple academic deans, program directors, and administrative departments to achieve centralized and dispersed matriculation and satisfaction goals. Experience includes setting and exceeding enrollment goals, segmented intake strategies and tactics, branding and direct marketing, team development, contribution to the profession through institutional partnership, conference speaking and workshops, and task force results at multiple levels. Excels at building teams and systems to accomplish goals.
