About Roy Arts

Hi! I'm Roy. Through a background in (social) psychology and having explored the world a bit, I've developed a deep fascination for human behaviour in all its forms. I'm always keen to learn more about culture, sociology, politics, etc. on both a global and local scale. A core drive of mine is bringing out the potential in things. This might trigger a passion to tackle complex issues, optimize processes or increase efficiency and effectiveness, in many different possible fields. I love analysis, incorporating the larger context, working with experts of different fields, and I am adept at matters of process. Currently my specialization is strategy execution, planning & control cycles and benefit management. Still, I feel my passion might just as well be redirected to a multitude of other topics; I want to use the next few years to figure out which avenues enjoy my strongest instrinsic drive.
