He has a Master Degree in Economics and Finance Management; he is certified charter accountant and has 12 years’ experience in management position mainly in the Mining Industry. His experience covers various aspects of the Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Financial and Fiscal. He masters the aspects of computerized accounting and has a broad knowledge in accounting systems setup and internal control suitable for organizations. He has a very good experience of DRC Tax System. He joined Randgold in 2010 with 9 years’ experience (Alternatives, De Beers, Gem Diamonds and KPMG) in Finance and Taxation including 7 years in the Mining industry. He is responsible for Kibali Goldmines Sprl financial and statutory reporting, payroll function as well as taxation and administration of Kinshasa Office, Entebbe Office and various Randgold Projects.
