With over 15 years of experience in the beverage distribution industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver customer and supplier satisfaction while achieving our full-year performance goals and improving our financial results year-over-year. I have a strong expertise in wine and champagne, as well as a WSET certification that demonstrates my knowledge and skills in this category. I am proud to be part of Republic National Distributing Company, one of the nation's leading wholesale beverage alcohol distributors, and to contribute to its mission of providing exceptional service, innovative solutions, and unparalleled value to our customers and suppliers. As a Portfolio Director, I am responsible for the overall growth and development of assigned portfolio for 12 states, covering a diverse and dynamic market. I work closely with our supplier partners, sales teams, and category managers to create and implement effective strategies, programs, and KPIs that drive innovation, distribution, and placement of our products. I also provide monthly reporting and analysis from Nielsen and other sources, as well as category insights and recommendations to optimize our performance and profitability. Some of my recent achievements include securing a large contract with a major retailer, launching a successful priority program for a new product, and increasing the user retention rate by 25%. I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and stakeholders, and leveraging my retail, forecasting, and account management skills to deliver results that exceed expectations.
