I am a Major Incident Manager that has 20 years of various experiences from Telco/IT projects, control center operations, and my last 9 years in major incident management. I have commanded major incident bridges with stakeholders and first responders of 5 to 25 members on a single command bridge and have also commanded either the technical or communication bridge when stakeholders exceeded 25 members and at times reaching up to 60 or more.
