WHO AM I? There are three things in my life that drive me - my family, building my businesses in an ethical way, and becoming a better skydiver. As a self-made entrepreneur, I pride myself on not only developing my own companies and the people that work within them, but also the relationships I build with partners and SMGs and the work I do to help them succeed. My current portfolio is exciting and dynamic, with a great blend of IT, Adventure and well-being. I’m a firm believer in continued professional development and working across these businesses is truly helping me grow as a leader. I put people and relationships at the heart of everything I do. When I’m working with clients, I know how important it is to fully understand their needs, before working on the solutions. In my own businesses, I believe that success only follows if the ethos is right, and the communication flows at all levels. HOW I CAN HELP? The last two years have had me looking very closely into mental health as the dreaded COVID was a real challenge for me. I have trained in The Wim Hof Method, Oxygen Advantage, Mindfulness, Leadership, a Cold Exposure Diploma, Yoga Breathing and I am releasing a Mental Health daily tool for every use in 2023. What better way to learn, put in to practice and reinforce the skills needed to excel in business (and in life)? WHO I WORK WITH? Typically our workshops suit- Business owners - Sales and marketing professionals - IT, Media and Events.
