My experience is wide and I can bring a lot to your company and customers in great service, attitude and value. Focus has been in Oil & Gas Horizontal Directional Drilling operations and HDD Utility Construction along with Abrasive Blasting/ Coatings Industries. Common denominators in each of these, are the Management of Resources and Personnel, Quality Control, Customer relations, Communication, and Pre/Post-Job planning & reporting. I am a experienced Manager, Coordinator, Superintendent focused in Safety and Efficiency of workers and equipment performance for a Superior Quality end product to the Customer. These attributes can be applied to a wide variety of industries and coupled with my other life experiences in home life and hobbies I have a wide set of skills. Hobby time is spent around the farm repairing, restoring and building stuff. It might be a tractor hydraulic issue or a welding repair on an implement, troubleshooting a electrical issue on something, rebuilding a motor or restoring antique items for my collection. Beginning with roughnecking and advancing through all the rig levels I learned to work on all the systems-fluid pumps, air, hydraulic, electrical. In those years to fill in gaps I worked various construction jobs, framing, waterproofing, ran quad saws in truss plant. Worked for a Il telephone company on a travel team installing the new digital switches in central offices back in that period.
