The most recent project being a collaborative effort within a second LRT Public/Private/Partnership (P3) Mobilinx Consortium for Transdev Canada (Service Provider) on the Hurontario LRT Project (HuLRT)"Hazel McCallion Line" The first P3 Project was leading a greenfield project from mobilization to a successful service launch on June 21st 2019 for the Region of Waterloo ION System. Working with Keolis Canada (Service Provider) responsibilities which included vehicles (revenue and non-revenue) fixed facilities, infrastructure, systems and maintenance engineering. In addition, a proven track record of operations management with the Toronto Transit Commission and Bombardier Transportation, including activities such as, maintenance principles of light rail systems for vehicles, fixed facilities, infrastructure and systems. These roles required strategic planning, collaboration, strong communication skills and team management abilities to achieve organizational teams that are competent and prepared for the day to day challenges within a rail system.
