With 30+ years in risk management, safety culture, and incident investigation, the path runs from two branches of military service through agriculture, construction, oil & gas, and international energy operations—each chapter shaping a methodology that transforms how work gets done and how organizations perform. A pivotal 2011 incident shifted the approach from command-and-control to conversational coaching, where dialogue, critical thinking, and psychological safety drive lasting cultural change. This work has reached 18+ countries, with 5,200+ frontline employees coached, 100+ senior leaders mentored, and a network of 154 train-the-trainers and 16 new SMEs developed. From boardrooms to the field, the focus is closing the gap between policy and practice through authentic leadership conversations. The methodology blends public-domain thought leadership in Human & Organizational Performance (HOP — how systems shape behavior), Just Culture (balancing accountability with learning), intent-based leadership, and systems thinking—brought to life through storytelling and Socratic dialogue. The outcome isn’t compliance training; it’s cultural transformation that builds ownership, accountability, and sustainable performance.
