About Roy Herold

With over 30 years of international leadership experience, both as CEO and as Leadership consultant, I have been working with boards and leadership teams in various roles. I have conducted more than 500 C-level hires including numerous interviews and assessments for executive leadership positions. My mission is to support our clients in achieving success through people both on a corporate and personal level and to assist our partners and collaborators in building an environment focused on growth and well-being. As former global president of Panorama Leadership, one of the largest international networks of human capital consulting firms, currently as board member and Chair Emeritius, I remain connected to the global corporate landscape and key trends.
