About Roy Ibrahim

For the past ten years, I’ve been involved in projects that bring people together — mostly around education, youth engagement, and social development. Whether in Lebanon or elsewhere, I’ve learned a lot from working closely with communities, supporting teams, and navigating the everyday challenges of project work. These experiences gradually led me to higher education and innovation, where I now work on the InVEST project at Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne. My focus is on quality assurance and partnerships — helping build bridges between universities and local actors, and making sure our work stays grounded and collaborative. I care deeply about how institutions can listen better, adapt, and include more voices. I try to approach my role with that in mind: not as an expert, but as someone who’s still learning, and who believes that meaningful change starts with cooperation and trust.
