About Roy Janssen

Solving complex problems and situations is my professional passion, as is helping people with their growth as a person or professional. In my role(s) as Team Manager and/or Program/Project Manager for Océ-Canon and Issue-leader for DIGITALEUROPE my focus lies on finding the best ways forward, while mitigating risks related to (legal) compliance and societal developments through the development of policies, positions and working methods. My coaching leadership style I use to create a safe environment that invites people to speak up while at the same time connecting them and their work to the company's or institute's policy and goals. In this way commitment to the end-result is maximized, as is the result itself. Examples of this involve the alignment of policies and working methods between Océ (NL) and Canon (JPN), as well as reaching a position within DIGITALEUROPE on the guidance on 'REACH Substances-in-articles.
