Background

About Roy Jekson Panjaitan

Been working in International Development Sector for more than twelve years. I have much to offer in the way of diversity of experience and profession. I have worked in several positions: Administrative, Procurement, Logistic, Liaison, Short-term Awards Officer and Linkages & Enrichment Coordinator for years. Within these roles, I have had the opportunity to learn more skills and responsibilities. I also have had to start a new project at Save the Children in North Jakarta and a closing project at Care International Indonesia in Banda Aceh for emergency response in 2006. Currently shifting my work as Asia Lead Operations Manager at NomuHub, where I expand more experience and skills in designing the program, planning the concepts, opening new destinations, and implementing the program including handling the operations from the beginning until the end of the trips in Asia region. Organizing trips, exploration, community services as part of our giving program to local community this includes identifying some schools/ orphanages/ community centre to be renovated/built, and other Community Development programs. Collaborate with locals to find the good purpose of the travel. I am posing some other skills: interpretation, communication, maintain and build good relations with donors, stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal staff. Successfully delivered Annual Alumni events, regional networking events, OzAlum Podcast, Professional development events (workshops, guest lectures, discussions) and collaboration with sponsors from various companies/projects related to Australia. I have distinguished both organisational experiences and academic records of accomplishments.
