About Roy Lee

I am a versatile and ambitious senior at Rutgers Business School pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Psychology with a Concentration in Business Analytics. I have a passion for learning more about today's Supply Chain, along with utilizing Data Analytics, to best support my leadership development. I am naturally curious in learning new things and I enjoy integrating my experiences, which enhances the performance of my responsibilities and enables me to be innovative in my work. My current aim is to obtain more end-to-end Supply Chain experience to continue learning what best suits my interests and skillsets. In effort to grow personally and professionally, I seek opportunities that challenge me and my comfort zone as I continue to evolve into a better person and leader. I intend on growing and leading in many of my life pursuits. Recently, I completed a Co-Op with Johnson & Johnson in Deliver apart of the Business Standards & Capabilities Team. Currently, I am an Undergraduate Course Assistant Fellow for the RBS Supply Chain Management department. In my spare time, I enjoy being a mentor in Beta Gamma Sigma as well as being a Mathematics Tutor in the East Brunswick Community.
