About Roy Lether

My name is Roy Lether and I am the Strategic Programs Manager for Emerson's Pressure Management business unit in Europe. In the years before, I have fulfilled several marketing roles within Emerson, with growing responsibilities. People describe me as a team player, positive, ambitious, open-minded and reliable. I am passionate about working with people from different countries and cultures. Leading a team and supporting people in their development give me energy. In 2023 I graduated from the Europe Emerson Business Academy. This is a year-long, highly competitive European program in which I learned about the business, leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance and above all: about myself and my ambitions. I have lived and worked in the United Kingdom as an expat, between December 2015 and June 2019. This has been a great adventure and life experience, which I take with me every day. Living abroad changed my perspective. I can recommend it to anyone! I have a Bachelors degree in Economics & Business Economics (graduated in 2013), and a Masters degree in Marketing (graduated in 2014), both from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.
