Responsible for managing construction activities including oversight of contractors’ performance, management of the construction staff, and other business duties as necessary. In Logistics, I've been primed to educate our Markets with project materials, tooling, and processes. Stirred to negotiate and control spending in all areas of the business. Motivated to understand the technical equipment utilized in the communications industry along with familiarizing Project Leaders on the usage. Help to implement company policies & procedures in conjunction with providing in-house training. Savvy in other areas of the business: Fleet/DOT – Q&S – Tower Rescue.
