About Roy Oconnell

With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring deep expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional service to my role as Head of Real Estate at Partners Real Estate. My career began as a Sales Negotiator in Cheltenham covering the town centre as well as the Leckhampton and Charlton Kings areas. During this time, I developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry and established my commitment to providing outstanding customer service. In I transitioned to my first managerial role at Allen & Harris Estate Agents. Over the following decade, I held leadership positions at esteemed firms, including Knight Frank, where I gained extensive experience in client account management, branch operations, and new home developments. In 2007, I leveraged my industry knowledge and entrepreneurial drive to launch O’Connell Property Agents, a family-run business dedicated to delivering transparent, client-focused real estate services. The company quickly earned a reputation as a trusted estate agent delivering excellent service in the areas of Gloucestershire that it covered. These include Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and their surrounding villages. In 2024, I co-founded Partners Real Estate with my brother to realise a shared vision for the industry. Partners Real Estate is an international property group committed to combining local expertise and exceptional client service with global reach. Together, we aim to reshape the real estate landscape by creating a more connected, customer-centric experience.
