With over six years of experience in the bakery industry, I am a plant manager at RDJ Bakeries Ltd, one of the largest and most innovative bakery companies in Canada. I oversee the daily operations and performance of the plant, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. I also lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and 5S methodology to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and improve processes. I have a strong background in processing, supervising, and managing bakery operations, having worked as a processing specialist and a supervisor at RDJ Bakeries before becoming a plant manager. I have developed skills in production planning, inventory management, equipment maintenance, team building, and problem-solving. I am passionate about delivering excellence and value to our customers, employees, and stakeholders, and I strive to create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and learning at RDJ Bakeries.
