Over the years, I’ve worked with businesses across the globe, managing a $2M USD ARR portfolio stretching from New Zealand to Alaska My experience has given me the opportunity, on the one hand, to build strong, high-touch relationships through client visits, proactive communication, and a keen focus on delivering measurable value. In addition, as a Marketing Manager, I had the opportunity to lead retention strategies at a high volume across a 1M+ clients B2C business. I specialize in creating and executing strategies that align customer success with business goals—whether it’s driving adoption, optimizing operations, or designing scalable processes to enhance client experiences. I take a data-driven approach, leveraging insights to uncover opportunities, mitigate risks, and foster long-term partnerships.
