Water infrastructure and automation professional with more than 22 years of international experience in process control, SCADA systems, telemetry networks, and advanced water and wastewater treatment technologies for municipal, industrial, and energy sector applications.I currently serve as Regional Manager – Northeast USA at EMCO Engineering Inc, where I lead business development and project support across the Northeast region. My role focuses on working with municipalities, consulting engineers, contractors, and utilities to deliver reliable and sustainable water treatment solutions supported by modern automation and digital technologies.My professional background is strongly rooted in industrial automation and control systems, with extensive experience in the design and deployment of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and telemetry systems for water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, desalination facilities, and industrial utilities. I have led projects involving instrumentation integration, control system architecture, and real-time monitoring platforms that improve operational reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.In parallel with automation and control systems, I have been involved in the implementation of advanced water treatment solutions, including PFAS removal, nitrate and arsenic treatment, reverse osmosis systems, and demineralized water plants. My experience bridges process engineering and digital infrastructure, ensuring treatment systems are supported by robust monitoring and control strategies.Throughout my career, I have participated in projects across the United States, and the Middle East, delivering automation, SCADA, and water treatment solutions for municipal utilities, industrial facilities, and energy sector projects.I am a member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the International Society of Automation (ISA) and remain committed to advancing smart water infrastructure, automation, and resilient treatment systems that support sustainable water management.Areas of interest include smart water systems, SCADA and automation for utilities, PFAS and emerging contaminants treatment, and modernization of municipal water infrastructure.I welcome connections with professionals and organizations involved in water treatment, water infrastructure, automation, and smart water technologies.
