At Metro Ontario, I apply my legal expertise to support the company's operations and compliance across various departments. I have a Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, as well as a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws from Drexel University and the College of Management Academic Studies, respectively. I am also an Israeli Board Certified Lawyer with experience in antitrust, international and business law. With three years of combined experience as a Law Clerk and Legal Assistant, and now as a Lawyer, I have developed strong skills in drafting and reviewing real estate and corporate agreements, conducting title searches and registrations, managing privacy breaches and litigation cases, and performing legal research and analysis. I am resourceful, sociable, and multi-tasking, always ready to provide valuable information and effective solutions for the everyday operation of a team. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of Metro Ontario and its clients.
