Roya Ayman She is passionate about developing leaders of diverse background. She has over 30 years of coaching and supporting professionals to build a successful career. Roya conducts survey research and interviews and well as develops and conducts workshops on leadership, diversity and gender in the work place. Provides reports and discusses option for improved productivity and high employee morale with clients. Designs customized and evidence based workshops on cross-cultural communication in the workplace, gender and leadership, and leadership develop. Clients include National Fire Academy (part of FEMA), Hewitt Associates, Anderson consulting, Lucent Technologies, Dupont Latin America, Walgreens, International Orientation Resources, Healthsystem consortium (UHC), Deltar, Kiddie.Smiths, UK. She has researched leadership and gender and culture for over 30 years and has published her work in various journal and presented in national and international conferences. Also coauthored a book on Leadership Theory and Research which was translated into Japanese. Her mission as an educator and director of a graduate program in Industrial and organizational Psychology is to coach her students to excel in their work in HR. To help them refine their skills to achieve their goals. Many have succeeded and are in high level positionssuccessful in corporations or started their own consulting firms. Culture is core to her activities. She has been a visiting scholar in China, Thailand, and Mexico; Supportinghas lived in Iran, Mexico, Switzerland, and England. In her consulting and teaching she uses cases and examples from her international experiences and multi-cultural background.
