Hello there! I'm Roya, During my time as an import coordinator back home, I loved the thrill of orchestrating cargo shipments from China to various ports, optimizing transit routes for maximum profitability. But I'm not one to settle for stability, I thrive on constant learning and growth, so I decided to take my skills to the next level by pursuing a master's in Business Administration in Italy. Along the way, I soaked up different cultures through an Erasmus program in Germany and even snagged a short-term position in supply chain management. That experience was a game-changer. It solidified my dream job: becoming a supply chain and logistics specialist but with a twist; I'm now laser-focused on managing supply chains in a more sustainable way, inspired by the perspectives I gained in Europe. Right now, I’m all in on my thesis, focused on cutting waste and making things more efficient using circular economy ideas.
