About Royce Goodwin

I have worked in the Energy industry for the past 7 years and covered a wide variety of roles such as, Customer service advisor, Team leader, Project manager, Data analyst, Subject matter expert and Outsourcing partner. In my current role I lead a team based abroad who are vital to the day-to-day operation of the business. I have had the opportunity to travel to different parts of the world to develop and work alongside these teams to ensure they are fully compliant and make any process improvements where required. I am also responsible for leading both internal and external Audits to ensure we are in line with government guidelines. My role also requires me to review all in house processes to ensure they are efficient and compliant. I am involved in regular project work to ensure we remain on track with deadlines and the final outcomes will add a true benefit to the business, whether that be cost saving or customer experience. Outside of work I run my own charity which has been operating for the last 6 years raising funds and awareness for local causes. Our most recent achievement was raising for a local who required a lifesaving operation which was only offered in New York. previous years we have raised funds to help provide new equipment to local hospitals or carry out makeovers to family rooms and playrooms for patients. Previous to my current job i have spent a few years in retail and the property market. Roles that required face to face Customer service skills, Visual merchandising and a Sales skills set.
