About Roz Clark

I’m thrilled to be part of Boatswain’s Locker, a family-owned marine industry leader since 1939. As Territory Manager, I bring over 18 years of marine industry experience and a passion for building strong partnerships and delivering results that support customers’ business needs. In this role, I focus on understanding each customer’s unique requirements and providing tailored propulsion and power solutions that drive business success. Prior to joining Boatswain’s Locker, I spent sixteen year at West Marine, including five years in multi-unit leadership overseeing 17 stores, and leading a team of 170. During that time, I elevated our district from 14th to 1st companywide by leveraging strategic sales planning, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative leadership. This experience strengthened my ability to drive measurable results, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences. My expertise spans sales growth, customer relationship management, and team development, with a proven track record of helping organizations achieve both short-term performance gains and long-term growth. I’m passionate about aligning team goals with innovative strategies, supporting customers’ success, and contributing to the broader marine industry.
