Nice to e-meet you! An experienced project manager and planner who has led impactful initiatives across the Nordic region, focusing on inclusive, sustainable, healthcare innovation and citizen-driven solutions. I have been actively involved in projects supported by the UN Humanitarian Agencies, Nordic Council of Ministers, Nordic Innovation, and Interreg Baltic Sea Region. Currently, I am working in the climate resilience initiative coordinated by City of Lappeenranta, Finland, BALTFLOODS, project co-funded by Interreg Baltic Sea Region that aims to enhance flood preparedness and mitigate runoff pollution in cities across the Baltic Sea region by leveraging digital and technological solutions and engaging citizens as key stakeholders. My approach emphasizes collaboration with communities and stakeholders to make public services more effective, inclusive, and responsive. I have organized nearly seven events across the Nordic region, focusing on co-designing public services and empowering citizens to actively participate in the process. These events have addressed themes ranging from immigrant integration to climate resilience, with discussions often framed within both Nordic and broader European contexts. Over the past five years, I have worked at the intersection of health, technology, and international collaboration—supporting startups, building networks, and turning ideas into real opportunities across the Nordics and Europe. I have delivered over 40 sessions focused on building inclusive societies, sharing practical tools and strategies to promote equity, participation, and belonging.
